The council also reappointed Keisha Olsen as municipal judge for a new term beginning Jan. 10 and authorized notice of a public hearing to adopt the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code. Staff asked to add an item to the Monday council meeting agenda to purchase an atrium frame tent for downtown Christmas events at a cost of $29,968.43; council consented to add that item for Monday’s agenda.
