Denise, representing Decatur-Morgan EMS, presented the agency’s September monthly report to the AML Regulatory Board, reporting call volumes and response-time compliance for different call classifications and service areas.
Denise said Kyle was not present and she was covering the report. For September, she reported 294 echo, delta and bravo calls within the city limits that were not canceled prior to arrival; 260 of those calls were within the time standard. She said five calls were excluded from the overage count because units were staged and one call was excluded because it was handled as a nonemergency. Denise said that produced a total of 266 calls within the response-time standard of nine minutes (the 90th percentile) for those classifications.
For the PGA service area, Denise reported 25 echo, delta and bravo calls not canceled prior to arrival; those calls met the 13-minute response-time standard at 100 percent. Denise did not provide additional breakdowns for Charlie calls in the transcript.
The board recorded the report for the record; no formal action was taken during the presentation.
