The Discover Flagstaff Commission voted to approve the minutes from its Sept. 25 meeting by voice vote.

A commissioner moved to approve the minutes and Regina Salas seconded. Chair called for discussion; none was offered. Commissioners responded “aye” and the chair announced the minutes were approved.

One commissioner noted they were unable to attend the Sept. 25 meeting and therefore abstained from voting on the minutes. No formal roll‑call tally was recorded in the meeting transcript.
