Holly Leahy, administrator for Lebanon County Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities Early Intervention programs, told commissioners the first amendment covers a $1,451 payment to resolve a billing issue for the intellectual‑disability program; the amendment will be funded from existing 2024‑25 allocations so no additional county funds were requested.
Leahy also presented four FY25‑26 contracts—two for intellectual disabilities and two for early intervention—that she said primarily cover authorized units and include an emergency respite expense needed because a waiver was not retroactive for one enrolled participant. The total FY25‑26 amount is $51,079; Leahy said allocations will be covered through the county’s allocations once the state’s 2025‑26 budget is announced.
Commissioners approved the $1,451 amendment and the FY25‑26 contracts as presented.
