The Salem City Planning Board voted to continue the city's application for 30 Levitt Street (Map 34, Lot 455) to the board's November 6 meeting after the city submitted a written request for more time to assemble C‑ROD materials. Robin (Planning staff) told the board no project representative was present but the city requested the continuance to provide additional application materials.
A board member moved to continue the hearing to Nov. 6; the motion carried on a roll-call vote with all members present voting yes.
No substantive review of the proposal took place at the meeting; the item will return on Nov. 6 when the city is expected to submit the requested materials.
