City of Salem seeks more time on 30 Levitt Street C‑ROD materials; board continues to Nov. 6

Robin (Planning staff) told the board no project representative was present but the city requested the continuance to provide additional application materials.
A board member moved to continue the hearing to Nov. 6; the motion carried on a roll-call vote with all members present voting yes.
No substantive review of the proposal took place at the meeting; the item will return on Nov. 6 when the city is expected to submit the requested materials.
