North Ridgeville council adopts tax rates, fund transfers and budget amendments with emergency clauses
Summary
City Council voted Monday to adopt property tax levies and several financial measures, including fund transfers to cover water meter debt and an appropriation amendment that includes payments to the library and compensatory cash-outs for public works.

Council added emergency clauses to each measure.
