Kornaga appraisal group agreement District counsel and staff presented a continuation of an earlier approval process for an appraisal agreement related to property under consideration. A board member asked whether the professional fee structure included a retainer in addition to the total fee; administration clarified the total fee is $4,500 and the retainer is applied toward, not in addition to, that amount.
