Council approves minutes with correction; meeting adjourns

A council member moved to adopt the minutes of the Layton City Council work meeting of May 15, 2025, and the regular meeting of Sept. 18, 2025, with a correction changing "Hamilton" to "Hampton" for committee member Lamont Hampton; another council member seconded the motion. The mayor called the question; the council voted "aye" with no recorded opposition.
Later in the agenda the council moved, seconded and voted to adjourn the meeting.
