City staff says feasibility and stormwater studies underway for former SAJHS property

The presenter, identified in the meeting as Marshall (staff member), told council the storm drain had been camera-inspected and while old it appeared to be in good condition. He said staff is working with Thrasher and with EPA Region 3 to fund another line inspection and to redesign stormwater plans in case the line requires relocation. Marshall said a high-and-best-use study for the property will be completed within about a month.
