SAFFORD, Ariz. — The Graham County Board of Supervisors voted on a series of routine but budget- and operations-related measures during its Oct. 20 meeting, approving property and right-of-way transactions, health department contract amendments, a special-event liquor license and the county’s annual audit engagement.
The board unanimously approved each motion by voice vote; no roll-call tallies were recorded in the public meeting minutes.
