The chairman instructed the clerk to “cast yes for all members present.”
The board approved a resolution to settle pending litigation in Marius Tyler v. Winnebago County for $50,000. The motion was made by Board Member Butida and seconded by Board Member Booker; the chairman called for members to cast yes for all members present.
