Commissioner Carlson moved to nominate Commissioner Winger as the county delegate; Commissioner Sumner seconded the motion. The board voted in favor by voice vote and the motion carried. The board did not name an alternate at this meeting; Commissioner Winger agreed to serve as the delegate. Administrator Berry said he would complete and submit the paperwork required by MCIT.
