The motion to adopt the changes was made and seconded; council vote approved the ordinance as proposed.
- Liquor license name change: Council approved a class A liquor-license application change for Holland Town Mini Mart LLC (legal-business-name change from the previously approved name). The council confirmed the file and approved the application by roll call.
- Chief attendance at leadership training: The council approved the fire chief’s request to attend the Wisconsin Command College leadership program; the motion passed.
- EMS captain position: The council created an EMS captain position for the Kiel Fire/EMS Department at a rate of $208.33 per month, effective Dec. 1, 2025; the council approved the position by motion and second.
- Donations: The council accepted several donations earmarked for fire training and senior transport; donors included an anonymous gift, a donation for the fire training tower and named contributors to senior transport. The council accepted the donations by motion.
- Receipts, disbursements and bills: The council approved receipts and disbursements and approved payment of bills by roll call.
