Others noted prior problems with sand getting into fountains located near sand courts. The board asked staff to ensure the fountain would not be sited too close to a barbecue pit or traffic and to consider sightlines for supervising parents.
Other updates included West Trail crossing repairs where a sidewalk had sunk and additional dirt fill at a torn-up area near the railroad crossing. The board discussed logistics for scheduling and noted limited meeting availability before holiday events.
