- Resolution authorizing FY2025 CDBG funding application (agenda item 7f): Council authorized submission of a Small Communities CDBG application to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development for $308,627, proposing $293,627 for Hammond Street improvements and $15,000 for administration; motion carried unanimously.
- Resolution adopting an anti-displacement and relocation assistance plan (agenda item 7g): Required HUD-related policy adopted as a condition of receiving future federal community development funds; motion carried unanimously.
