The motion approved by the authority sets these new rents for new move-ins: subsidized one-bedroom units at $1,217; non-subsidized one-bedroom units at $1,461 (60% AMI); and non-subsidized two-bedroom units at $2,038 (an amount the board described as slightly below the published 80% AMI figure). The board voted to make the changes effective Jan. 1, 2026.
