Robert White was sworn in as Batavia’s Seventh Ward alderman during the city council meeting on Oct. 6.
Mayor Jeffrey D. City materials presented at the meeting note White was selected in a special meeting last week to replace the prior Seventh Ward alderperson, who resigned for family reasons. The oath at the Oct. 6 meeting completed the appointment process recorded in council minutes.
