Mayor Kim moved to approve the pay estimates; Alder Larry seconded. Public works director Jared told the council that because of the later meeting date the staff had received additional invoices and made updates to several estimates before the vote. Jared said Estimate No. 3 (SCH) was updated to $4,208.78, Estimate No. 17 (State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation) was added at $1,448.20, and some Department of Transportation amounts were raised; staff advised those changes were included in the packet presented at the meeting.
After brief discussion, the council voted to approve pay estimates 1 through 17. The motion carried unanimously.
The council did not debate individual project details during the meeting; Jared noted that the packet was updated earlier in the day to reflect incoming invoices.
