Commissioner Robbins moved the item after a fiscal committee briefing; a roll‑call vote recorded “yes” from Commissioner Robbins, Commissioner Perdue, Commissioner Knight, Commissioner Belcek, Commissioner Kilgore and Mayor LeGrand. The motion carried. Commissioners also approved an immediate‑effect motion.
