One petition from the Town of Spencer was postponed at the town's request.
Staff presented each petition with parcel descriptions, town recommendations and staff conclusions that each rezone met Chapter 17 zoning standards for size, frontage, access and dimensions and was consistent with the applicable town comprehensive plans. Garrett Poggle, land-use specialist, presented staff reports for the individual petitions.
