Representative Handy moved two motions: a $2,400 transfer into the State Highway Dedicated Fund and a $92,000 transfer for the Highway Operations Division; both motions were seconded and approved by unanimous roll calls in committee.
The committee recorded unanimous votes in both chambers for each motion and ordered the due‑pass recommendation to the floor. The changes correct accounting coding so funds match the department’s expenditure authority and do not change the total amount available to the department.
