The ALC Review Subcommittee received a new monthly report from the Office of State Procurement required by Act 782 of 2025 and accepted the report as part of the monthly reports section.
Katie Walden told members the report (item E1) documents OSP activities implementing new procurement rules set by the act, including modifications to training and certification programs and the list of agencies enrolled in the new trainings. Walden said the first report provides an initial list of agency enrollments and a summary of OSP activities. The committee then reviewed its usual monthly reports, including lists of service contracts, executed contracts and amendments without material changes.
A motion to review E1–E3 was made and approved on voice vote; staff noted members will receive the report monthly going forward as required by the statute.
