House committee advances annual controlled-substances update; sponsor says scheduling includes new postpartum depression drug

Representative Redmond moved that the committee send House Bill 29 to the House floor with a due-pass recommendation; the motion carried by voice vote. No public testimony appeared in the committee record for this item.
