Senate Concurrent Resolution 101, introduced by the State Affairs Committee and described on the floor as "a concurrent resolution stating findings of the legislature, and rejecting the rates of legislative compensation set by the Citizens Committee on Legislative Compensation," was read by number and referred for printing and further processing, senators said.
