Senate moves mental-health and substance-use program provisions from rule into Idaho code

He said the bill moves “definitions eligibility screening requirements from administrative rule into code” for children’s mental health services, substance use disorder services and adult mental health services. “If there are any changes that want to be made, we will be able to make them under this body at this time,” he told the Senate.
