The Fort Harrison Reuse Authority voted Oct. 20 to adopt its 2024 audited financial statements, approve the Sept. 15, 2025 meeting minutes and authorize a sign reimbursement agreement for a FilmCraft project at the northwest corner of 50 Sixth and Lee Road.
Secretary/Treasurer (name not specified) told the board the audit was complete with help from Heather, Cat Supper and Miller and presented the audited financials for approval. Zach, an FHRA board member, moved to approve the 2024 audited financials; Dion, an FHRA board member, seconded the motion. The board recorded the vote as unanimous and the motion carried.
The board then took up approval of the Sept. 15, 2025 meeting minutes. Trace, an FHRA board member, moved to approve the minutes; Zach seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
The board next considered Resolution 2025-06, the FilmCraft sign reimbursement agreement, which would authorize execution of a reimbursement agreement for signage associated with the FilmCraft project at the northwest corner of 50 Sixth and Lee Road. Karen, an FHRA board member, moved adoption of Resolution 2025-06; Zach seconded. The board voted unanimously to approve the resolution.
Board leadership asked for the board’s consent to table a project agreement between the FHRA and Rebar because the agreement was not ready for review; the board consented to table that item to next month. The chair indicated the delay was due to outstanding review and comments that had not been completed.
The board announced its next meeting for Nov. 17, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the same meeting room.
