Administrators said they are assembling the historical data and adjusting figures for inflation and that a colleague in a nearby city supplied a spreadsheet template to help calculate the required figures.
Administrators cautioned that the legislative formatting requirement — notably the two 18‑by‑24 page stipulation mentioned in the meeting — may require adaptation because that paper size is not standard for some school office printers. The administration said it will notify the board when materials are ready and will post the required displays prior to any relevant public budget votes.
Board members asked clarifying questions about the “top four administrators” designation and about which positions should appear in the posted tables; administration confirmed the posted lists will reflect the district’s highest‑paid administrators as required by the bill.
