Ms. Lippitt explained the permanent building fund advisory council's role in prioritizing projects and noted standard language that allows the division to reallocate project savings with council approval. The committee approved the package with a due‑pass recommendation following roll call votes.
Members asked the division to provide a status report on projects and to recommend how to handle appropriations for projects where construction has not begun within several years, language that the committee approved by unanimous consent.
