- Soil and Water Conservation Commission: Janet Jessup, LSO analyst, said the commission requested $40,500 from its fund to replace a light‑duty pickup purchased in 2006 that had roughly 84,000 miles at the time of the budget submission.
- STEM Action Center: The agency requested $9,900 for two laptops and networking equipment (router, switch, wireless access point) recommended by the Office of Information Technology Services.
- Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired: The commission requested $28,900 general fund for desktops, laptops with docking stations, routers, a switch and wireless access points, items recommended by the state IT office.
- Office of the Lieutenant Governor: Christopher LaHosat, LSO analyst, said the lieutenant governor’s office requested $32,600 one‑time general fund to replace five network switches at the recommendation of the Office of Information Technology Services.
Committee members asked routine procurement questions, pressed agencies to provide plans and itemized lists where costs appeared large relative to replacement‑manual rates, and reminded agencies that the committee can adjust caps or appropriations as needed during later budget votes.
