Genetic counselors: The committee approved the rules in docket 2424000-2401 but voted to reject section 2, item 3 of the incorporated-by-reference National Society of Genetic Counselors Code of Ethics located in IDAPA 24.24.01 section 2. Representative Levitt moved to reject that specific incorporated reference; the committee adopted the motion by voice vote.
