Idaho Senate introduces bills on hunting/fishing eligibility and civil-rights protections

Senate Bill 1,004, listed as by Senator Wintrow and cited "to provide that freedom from discrimination because of [sexual] orientation or gender identity is a civil right, and to make technical corrections," was also read by number, author and title only.
