The net effect was an overall increase of $5,540,500 allocated across general, dedicated and federal funds.
Co‑chair Horman moved the governor’s recommendation to include the adjustments; the motion passed on unanimous roll call (20–0). Bybee noted agency‑by‑agency breakdowns are in the packet.
