"All this bill does is simply require that if you're going to have out of state travel, paid for by an outside party, that you would have to disclose that," Mickelson said. She told the committee the draft does not set limits on the amount of travel and would require filing the disclosure within 30 days.
Representative Pohanka moved to introduce RS 32,456 and the committee approved the motion by voice vote.
