She told the committee that last year the House passed related language but the Senate later defeated it; the reintroduction is an incremental attempt to close that gap.
She told members the draft does not attempt to cover other controversial matters such as abortion or prostitution, but instead is targeted to products that are illegal under federal and state law.
Representative Scogg moved to introduce RS 32,354; the committee signaled unanimous consent to introduce the RS and the motion carried.
