JFAC approves replacement items and small agency enhancements, including public TV and conservation grants

The committee adopted associated appropriation language directing the use of the $1,000,000 and providing re-appropriation authority.
Other approvals: The committee approved ITS-recommended replacement items and small IT hardware requests for the Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired, the Idaho Lottery (ITS hardware), the Idaho State Liquor Division’s mix of replacement items and accessibility work, the Brand Inspection Division vehicle replacements, the Commission on the Arts grant increase, and an accounting correction for Veterans Services’ personnel/operating distributions. Several items passed by unanimous consent or clear roll-call majorities.
