The board accepted that schedule and agreed to continue the hearing to Oct. 16; the applicant committed to supplying a continuance letter or the required materials for the new date.
A board member noted there had been little visible activity at the site during recent visits; staff said they would follow up with site inspections and the applicant if complaints arise before the next scheduled hearing.
