The council voted to designate the Hollywood–Rose Hill neighborhood’s 100 block of South Bull as a residential parking permit district (Resolution R2025069). The council took the vote after no one signed up to speak for or against the item and recorded a unanimous approval.
Council members also approved Ordinance 2025080 on first reading, granting Dominion Energy South Carolina Inc. an easement along Circle View Road for work related to the Lower Crane Creek equalization storage facility and pump station.
