Development review committee forwards Pine Landing Subdivision site plan to department heads

At the Oct. 7 meeting, the Nassau County Development Review Committee recommended that project SP 25001, Pine Landing Subdivision, be forwarded to department heads for approval after committee members reported no objections; Health Department again indicated it would sign the plans.
The Nassau County Development Review Committee on Oct. 7 recommended that project SP 25001, Pine Landing Subdivision, be forwarded to department heads for approval.
Chair Tim Davidson opened the meeting, identified two projects on the agenda and invited committee introductions. Bridal Rigdon of Nassau County Fire Rescue, Stephanie Keiser of Planning and Tom Ray of the Building Department identified their offices.
When the committee moved to tab B (SP 25001), committee members again reported no departmental comments. Fire Rescue, Planning, Development Services and the Building Department had no comments. The Health Department, while not present, had previously indicated it would sign the plans.
No formal vote was recorded on SP 25001 during the meeting; the item was recommended to the department heads for their review and sign-off.
