The operation involved D2 wardens and specific personnel named in the report (Wardens Jeremy Burchey, Green, Rolling, Grace, Tilly and Captain Jenks) and included assistance from Osage County deputies and agents from the attorney general's office, staff said at the meeting.
Separately, staff reported ongoing enforcement activity in other districts, including investigation of suspected nonresident license purchases and lower-than-normal pronghorn counts in Cimarron County. The commission received the enforcement report as part of agency division updates.
No arrests or court dispositions were described on the record; staff said charges were filed with local authorities for prosecution.
