The Winona Area Public School District Board of Education approved two student field trips and approved minutes from its Sept. 18 meeting during its Oct. 1 meeting. All three motions were approved by voice vote.
The approved field trips were: the music department trip to Florida (three groups — band, choir and orchestra — to perform and take workshops, with travel arranged by JV Travel) and the FFA trip to Indianapolis. Directors spoke briefly in support, wishing students safe and successful trips. The board also approved the minutes from the Sept. 18, 2025 meeting.
