City Council postpones multiple items and approves several rezonings; consent agenda passes with exceptions

Other individual items discussed and approved included amendments and rezonings on the council's agenda: items 13 and 14 were approved as amended (future land-use and zoning amendments for a property on Fest Street), and items 15 and 16 (amendments for the Lawn Star area to change from low-density residential to low-density mixed use) were approved following motion.
