At the Oct. 7 joint work session the Oregon City Arts Commission reviewed a draft five‑year strategic framework that identifies four broad goals and the next steps for turning those goals into measurable objectives.
Chair Josh Blanton and staff described the plan as intentionally broad to allow the commission to identify specific measurable objectives and strategies later. Economic Development Manager James Grama said the commission will attach metrics to each objective, build a calendar‑based roadmap for the next five years, and return periodic updates to the city commission.
