There's no budget,” by Arts Commissioner Amy Wilson, who helped lead the outreach and said Lake Oswego and West Linn had invited nearby jurisdictions to plan possible public art tied to future transportation work along Highway 43 and related corridors. Wilson said the effort is meant to “get ahead of any kind of construction” so public art could be proposed if and when public investments occur.
