Centerville — The Centerville Town Council on Oct. 2 voted to award a $58,050 contract for engineering services to carry the Belvedere and Tillman Avenues reconstruction project to the bid winner. The contract covers design work that will allow the town to go to construction bid for water and sewer lines, road, sidewalks, curb and gutter.
