Anthony Paziali, a candidate for Revere City councilor at large, told listeners during a public comment that he is a working-class resident and urged voters to back his campaign in the Nov. 4 election.
Paziali said his campaign stands for “fair, transparent, accountable government” and repeatedly framed his message around shared economic struggles. “I’m a blue collar worker just like you. Every day we go to work, then we work overtime, then we work part time, then we go do side gigs just to make ends meet. We’re the same. Your issues are my issues. I’m in the mud with you,” he said.
Paziali said the Revere Fire Department and Revere Police Department “have endorsed this campaign.” He described endorsements and a focus on public-safety and accountability as evidence that “change” is possible if voters act. “When there’s change, there is hope. And when there is hope, we can see things differently,” he said.
Throughout his roughly two-minute statement, Paziali emphasized citizen-centered decision making and repeated a call for voters to prioritize local voices. “Every conversation, every decision, every vote, the people must be heard,” he said, adding, “On November 4, I ask you to vote for yourself, to vote for change, to vote for the people.”
The remarks were confined to a campaign appeal made in a public comment; no formal action or vote followed from the meeting record provided.
