Rizal said consultants conducted building-by-building assessments of the county portfolio, identifying urgent and longer-term needs. The draft report lists $12.7 million in work associated with the Superior Courthouse's construction needs and estimates about $52 million of court-related work across county-held courthouse buildings. He said court-occupied buildings account for more than half the county’s portfolio by square footage.
