Board approves $24,500 amendment to Transfer Station professional services agreement

Chris said the project is progressing well: concrete foundations and structural steel are complete, fencing was installed last week and exterior work was expected to start next week. The contractor identified in the discussion is Sedan (as cited during the presentation); staff said the work has been on budget and on schedule.
Board members moved and seconded the amendment; the record shows approval by voice vote (all in favor; no roll-call tally recorded). Staff committed to documenting the additional inspections and the structural-certification deliverables as part of project oversight.
