2) Resolution continuing insurance coverages for 2026 — Approved (7-0). Motion by Kevin; second by Anisha. The resolution authorizes continuation of the district’s insurance coverages for calendar year 2026 and incorporates committee-recommended changes discussed in the meeting, including an increase in the family out-of-pocket maximum as a trade-off to limit monthly premium increases, an increase in the individual stop-loss level from $135,000 to $145,000 and an anticipated pharmacy-savings projection after an AECRx audit.
3) PRESS 1:19 policies (second reading) — Approved (7-0). Motion by Kevin; second by Anisha. Superintendent Dr. Kaye reported there were no changes from the first reading.
4) Motion to adjourn open session and resume closed session on previously announced topics — Approved (7-0). Motion by Kevin; second by Anisha.
Board secretary Lana Bridal called roll for each vote. The transcript records unanimous support for each motion; no roll-call no votes, abstentions or recusals were recorded.
