Council approves Arbor West final plat; roads will remain private

Harris said staff recommended adding a note under general notes that "the roads would remain private." Council member Sandy Sawyer moved to approve the final plat; Council member Caleb Phillips seconded. The motion carried with all voting members recorded as in favor.
No public input was recorded on the item. The approval completes the council's formal sign-off on the Arbor West plat as presented to the council at the special-call meeting.
The meeting closed without an executive session; the council announced its next regular meeting for Monday, Oct. 20.
