Leonardtown — On Oct. 14, 2025, the Leonardtown Town Council voted unanimously to introduce Resolution 2‑25, a petition to annex about 16.35 acres known as the Hall Property at 40895 Greenhill Lane and pursue a Commercial Highway zoning designation under the town municipal boundary.
